Testimonials
Ruth Ann: Due to health problems, several years ago, I started changing how I was eating. I was a sugaraholic all my life. My day would consist of desserts, cookies, ice cream or frozen yogurt with peanut M&M's (they have protein don't they?) and coffee. Lunch was ignored most times because I did not want to gain weight. It was a recipe for disaster! I started researching how to eat more whole foods and eliminate processed foods as well as sugar. I was doing well with it but I needed some fine tuning. Also as I went through menopause, I had trouble maintaining my weight and was very frustrated because it seemed like nothing was working. That is where Staci comes in.
I signed up to do her Holistic Nutrition Program and what a difference it has made in my life. Staci is a fantastic motivator and encourager...she is always very positive!! She taught me why I craved certain foods and how to stop those cravings by what I was eating. Due to a diary allergy, she taught me how to make almond milk...yum! I get bored quickly with food so the recipes she gave me at each session were wonderful. They helped to keep me motivated to eat well with no boredom! I have fun cooking again and eating whole foods is not boring, thanks to Staci. I learned so much about myself and how to eat so that I feel well and full of energy all day, no more fatigued slumps in the afternoon. The grocery store trip she does with you is a lot of fun. She introduced me to new veggies as well as other foods, and I love them!
Staci taught me to look for the positives instead of focusing on the negatives. She also taught me to de-stress. Like I said, Staci is a fantastic motivator! So if you want to feel better, want to learn how to eat well, and have the best motivator at the same time...Staci is the gal for you!
........................................................................... Debra: Thank you for teaching me more about food. I have always attempted to integrate healthier eating into my life. The sessions we had helped me to learn even better ways of providing healthy options for myself and my family - when life is so full. I am grateful for the information. It's truly a blessing to see my family embrace the information and the changes. The children are showing their understanding by sharing the info with friends or other adults as well as in our occasional dinner-time-game of "what on your dish as protein? (or fat? or fiber?)". Giving them varied healthy options for "sweet treats" is working well and empowers them to make healthy choices. ...........................................................................
Kate: When I first started to see Staci, I didn't think that anything would work for me and this was my last exasperated - moving toward angry - effort to feel better. I didn't even care about weight loss, if I could just tackle stress and energy, I would be satisfied. I felt like my life was a big ocean of water and I was drowning in the family demands, exhaustion, new job search, and stress. This was not what I signed up for after graduate school, and I definitely did not like feeling out of control. Now, the only thing that I feel is out of control is the gravitational movement of my underwear. Staci has empowered me to take the next step in my life and I can see the positive results of that in my attitude, tricep muscles, and too large panties as well. So, if you too desire to have an excuse to buy boy-shorts with "Juicy" on the bum, see Staci. I know that your rear will also start to disappear.
